All Noorio products, including our battery-powered security cameras, are covered under this Warranty Policy to ensure customer satisfaction and peace of mind. We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all Noorio products, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions in materials or workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Battery issues (excluding those caused by improper use).
  • Product malfunctions that occur under normal use within the warranty period.

b. What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation.
  • Damage due to natural disasters, accidents, fire, or exposure to extreme weather conditions.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs carried out by third parties not approved by Noorio.
  • Cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, or fading that do not affect the functionality of the product.
  • Consumables such as batteries, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Warranty Duration

The standard warranty period for all Noorio products is 1 year from the date of purchase. Extended warranty options may be available at the time of purchase for an additional fee. Please refer to the product page or contact customer service for more details.

3. How to Claim Warranty

If you experience an issue with your Noorio product during the warranty period, follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:
